Clambake Terms and Special Conditions
- Gratuities
not included for parties under 200 people. We feel this is better left to
your discretion. We will provide a courteous and experienced staff.
- No additional
service or travel cost, except for appropriate state meal tax.
- We supply
all paper products and condiments and do all cooking on site on propane burners.
We do require an outdoor water supply. We do not supply or set up tables and
chairs.
- Site
should have a lighted area if clambake is after dusk. We can assist in finding
a site for local clambakes.
- We do
clean up and provide trash bags. You will need to provide barrels and disposal.
- Rain
date: If you have to postpone, please call before 7:30 on the morning of your
scheduled clambake (978) 530-1500. We will try to reschedule on a date contingent
upon C&C Lobster's availability.
- A deposit
of 25% is required with your contract in order to reserve your clambake date.
The balance is due on the day of the event. You will be charged for the number
you order even if less attend.
- Onsite
clambakes require a 50 person (adult) minimum on weekends and 30 during the
week. For smaller parties inquire about clambakes picked up from our store.
